What I really liked about the kaijins in Kuuga is that the Grongi were truly vicious towards their victims.

Seriously the Grongi are bunch of ruthless bastards! Especially that Grongi that hurls cannonball-like things in the air and smashes all sorts of crap in the city.

The horror of seeing Godai and Ichijou see Gamego get ready to kill from an adjacent building was creepy. Ichijou frantically tries to call Sugita, then Godai just leaps onto the building, somersaults, and turns into Mighty Form and punches Gamego.

Haha, I noticed that too. Oya-san also went to a supermarket called Super-1. Not that it probably has anything to do with Super-1 the rider, but still cool.

Ultimate Form's usage....some like it, some hate, mostly because people are used to the usage of the ultimate form many times, like Shining,Survive, Armed etc.

Given that the events leading to Ultimate Form clearly show that it's a last resort, it's justified that we'd see it only at the end.

... I'm still surprised the battle with Baberu took only half an episode.

Maybe they focused on the nerve-breaking bullets and Enokida...because Agito was coming? Or to save some screen time for Daguba, probably.

Not to mention that hostage drama thing.

I think they were building up Daguva at that point, not to mention show off how powerful Gadoru was even relative to the other form-changing Go.

Gadoru's a beast. Man...I wish we saw him in Decade, along with alot of the semi-final bosses from other shows and beat the crap out of Decade. Or a Gadoru vs El Battle.

I remember when Gadoru freakin cut off Titan's shoulder armor with his sword.

That just proves how powerful they were.

Kuuga had to use two swords to face Jaaza, it took the Muscle Relaxing Bullets to save Kuuga from Baberu (not to mention the use of the golden power on the BeatGouram), and Kuuga unlocked an even higher power level to defeat Gadoru (since his "normal" forms obviously wouldn't cut it anymore; in fact he's already using his lower level finishers just to damage the Grongi)

And here people are saying that Grongi are weaker than Lords....

Painful to see Rising Mighty Kuuga being corkscrew kicked by Gadoru.
