History:
Ziginz was born into an interesting family of soldiers, though most would call them mercenaries. His parents were both soldiers for hire at one point but gave up the practice to raise their family. They hoped to lean their children away from the profession, but were unsuccessful with Ziginz’s older brother, Zigurd, who took after his parents by becoming a soldier of fortune. His other siblings all leaned away from the profession, but Ziginz chose to follow his brother into battle. He actually enjoyed the work, for a while, but a certain incident that occurred during a rescue operation in an undisclosed location caused Ziginz to stop and think about what he was doing. It was at this point he started traveling to try and find something else. He wasn’t sure what he was looking for, but he knew that he wouldn’t find it by simply taking random jobs from random employers.
It was while he was traveling through London that he encountered a hostage situation in an office building. The hostage was a young girl of about thirteen who was being held by a group of radicals who were demanding change in the government or freedom of prisoners or some nonsense. Ziginz didn’t really care, but he did care that they were holding a child hostage, there are a lot of things Ziginz would condone, but not putting a child through something so dramatic. Long story short, with nothing but a hand gun, combat knife, and wit, he got past the police, got inside the building, disabled the hostage takers, saved the child, and walked away unscratched. What more he did it with the police never even knowing he was there. A few days later he was contacted by the Saber organization and offered a once in a life time opportunity. They had apparently found out about the incident at the office building through cameras that didn’t officially exist, and from the young girl, who was the daughter of the company president. He agreed to meet with them and after what they showed him he agreed to join the project, that is, to become Kamen Rider Saver.

Kamen Rider Saver:
An artificial rider system created by the Saber organization using data gathered from one of the original Fantasian Relics. Where they came past the relic and how they became aware of the possibility of a threat from Fantasia or of Fantasias existence at all, are all details kept very secret by Saber. The system can be used by anyone with enough talent, training, and physical capabilities. The system grants its user enhanced abilities and also has a unique and powerful ability called Evolve Scan. The blue components of the armor are not only for defense but are also a very sophisticated array of data gathering scanners that can examine any surrounding subject down to its cellular level. Though it can only lock onto one target at a time and requires varying amounts of time from one subject to another, it can compile the gathered data to give Saver many options in combat. This includes alterations to final attacks, customized weapons, and, on rare occasions, new forms. All data gathered on an enemy is self contained in the system, but can be downloaded into another computer system hidden within Saber’s head quarters. At any given time, Saver can have up to three forms, other then his base form, saved to the system’s core unit. It can also have up to 5 weapons stored in the system’s memory which are manifested through the systems shoulder stored Saver Blades. The system can also erase any currently stored weapons, forms, or other data at any given time, but this requires more effort on the systems part causing it to go into a Delete Form, which weakens Saver and limits his options. The system uses a voice command system that only recognizes the users voice and perhaps the voices of other high ranking Saber officials. Savers current forms are as followed.
Scan Form: This is Saver’s base form taken upon activating the system. The forms stats are the same as an average rider, but steadily improve the longer the system is used against certain enemies, though the improvements are mild and sometimes unnoticeable. While in this mode the rider can activate the Evolve Scan system, which scans and compiles data on one of the riders current enemies. The systems A.I. will then give the rider options for improving his chances in battle and feed a read out of the enemy data to his visor on request. The system is activated by placing the systems core against the lower abdomen, allowing the belt to form upon which the belt scans the user to insure he is authorized to use the system, and saying henshin. The Rider armor and suit form afterward by spreading across the body using means kept secret from all but Sabers rider development team and the leaders of the organization. At this point the system allows for the use of the Rider Punch and Rider Kick finishers, as well as use of the Saver Blades, which in their base form appear to be two simple knives with straight blades.
Delete Form: This mode is the same in appearance to Scan Form except the blue portion of the armor has turned a dull gray. This form is roughly half as strong as Scan Form and cannot access any finishers, form, or weapons except the base Saver Blades.
