Kamen Rider Gaim Ep 23 - "Now Let's Go! Kachidoki Arms!"

i have a feeling sagara is a special being just like the mysterious blonde woman is, maybe even the brother of that mysterious woman.

Okay I take back what I said. There are indeed circumstances. He was already exhausted fighting an army of Kurokage. Not exactly easy being a One Man Army especially when you're taking recoils of those blasts. Plus, another reason for Gaim to debut DJ Gun's other feature in the future...

And DJ Sagara is quickly becoming the new Dr. Maki: Silly side character who reveals massive depth and importance to the plot...another thing that is sweet!

I'm hoping for more of a Kougami than Maki.

Nope Zangetsu actually managed to wound Gaim, but instead of fighting back Gaim went and destroy the Scalar system instead.

More like he managed to hit Gaim, he's attack doesn't seem to have actually "hurt" him.

My favorite part was Ryouma's reaction to Kachidoki.

We can add one more made up monster language in the Kamen Rider franchise with the Inves Overload.

Also, Micchy is even closer to finally snapping.

Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow. WOW. Is there no end to how impressive this show is???

We're all Madoka now, fighting with concepts and the very fabric of reality. Destroy the very idea that protecting someone must come at a cost/sacrifice of another. Yggdrasil is weak because they are bound by that law. Jesus.

That intro to Kachidoki arms. Holy hell. Sad that he didn't manage to put up a better fight with Zangetsu, nor use his Hinawa Daidai DJ Jyuu's sword mode. But other than that, that armor looks so damn SEXY!

I'm just... GAH!

Gaim beat those Kurokages without even take real damage from their shooting  He should just use the DJ Gun to shoot takatora bang and done

I'm really digging that flag pole weapon, really stylish.

It's a shame that Kachidoki didn't overpower Zangetsu, it sorta makes the form looks weak.

LOL Kaito getting his ass kicked again. When will you ever learn?

Pretty good episode from Micchy's being sort-of rational to DJ Sagara's mystery to Kouta's resolve.

I thought the gun was kinda obnoxious with the turntable sound effects, and I thought the transformation while dropping ended up underplaying it, but otherwise it's a great form intro. I've got the feeling Kachidoki is like an artillery form, though, a heavy/area hitter, and not an anti-ace suit. Something like a heavily improved Magnet States in terms of function. On the other hand, much of what the form can do has not been shown yet.

He wasn't even scratch by Zangetsu and manage to bump him with the Dandelion on his way to destroy the red balls of doom thing. The thing is, Kachidoki arm is based on an earth fruit, not from Helheim, created by DJ Sagara true... and What the hell is he talking with Hajimari no Onna?

Well, they must have used up their budget cause the CG in this episode was god-awful.

That being said, this episode was amazing. Really felt Kota's emotions. The intrigue behind Sagara increases, and the Overlord Invess is an interesting development.

But above all... Kachidoki is glorious. That gun fight on top of Yggdrasil tower was honestly probably one of the best form debut scenes ever.
