It's a very appropriate play all things considered.
It's not like it's inaccurate. It just sounds cool, is translated correctly, and references something suitable for the occasion. A combo for the win.

Well it is better than inaccurate and not funny like some groups. HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHtvn.....ha.

But I don't know how the script is now. The one I have is the one MCS linked. Like 8 hours before O-T had it on their site. I believe that was the Pre-QC script.

No, it was a different script altogether.
Overtime has two translators, HeatMetal (also the founder) and Magenta. For Gokaiger, they alternate between episodes, but they both liked Fourze so much neither could give it up to another, especially since they had some stylistic arguments they couldn't work out between each other. :laugh:
O-T translation is Heat-Metal's, as for Magenta... Dunno if he's going to do stable releases anywhere.

The Kamen Rider club idea has changed

So remember early series summaries saying this would be a show involving the Kamen Rider club and Gentaro wanting to make friends with all the Kamen Riders? Yeah, not happening anymore.

Producer Tsukuda says that some higher up from Toei told him to nix the idea. The reasoning they gave him was because Decade, a recentish series, already did that and they didn't want to retread familiar grounds too soon. There was also a lot of complaining among the fanbase that might have lead to it. The producer seemed pretty bummed out about it, he's the one that tried to visually link Double to the original Kamen Rider and really loves close ties in series.

Okay, I'm kinda happy and sad about this.

I'm happy because, they're NOT doing another Decadebuttrock but sad that, we could have seen our old friends, the original Riders, againdisappoin).

Damn, that really sucks. Tsukuda was the one guy who gave us hope in a somewhat overarching series, but damn. Stupid Toei, nixing Tsukuda's ideas.

Personally I'm alright with this. I reeeaaally didn't want to have lots of appearances from older Riders in Fourze. I'm still good with the whole urban legends thing, which I hope will continue.

Great, this is going to be the show that kills Kamen Rider again, isn't it? :laugh:

I'm not too worried. I expect we will be seeing past Riders again at least in a movie- in the series would be preferable, if only because it'd be different. Toei still hasn't re-perfected the proper team-up in Kamen Rider, though every time they try they get a little closer. Until then, just enjoy what Fourze itself has to offer.
