that would be great if he did become crisis, that way, no new character casting and gives us a reason not to feel bad for him when godai becomes kuuga again

Decade can become Kuuga, but Kuuga is still a main character, so what's your point?

It's been long established that Kaixa borders that rival/ evil Rider line.
