Guys, the "Rising Mighty Kuuga figure gain Infinite Ultimate Form in critical health" stuff is wrong. The effect of the figure is just increasing your max health by a moderate amount. You don't need any figure to gain infinite use of ultimate form, your health just need to be very low, that's all.

Because I remember playing as Hibiki and intentionally trying to get my health low. Infinite gauge never happened. I checked and I didn't have the figurine equipped.
Just a coincidence or what?

So, I'm completely unfamiliar with the PSN stuff, so how do you get the patch? I have a Japanese account, and just got the game a few minutes ago. Is it an automatic thing? Or do I have to go and do something?

And would that mean I can only play Battride on my PS3 account that has the Japanese store?

Well, I got the infinite gauge ultimate when playing as Decade and Ryuki without the Rising Mighty Figure (Both of them are equipped with OOO Gatakiriba and Accel Figure). Although both of them are in critical health, as in one more hit till death. I even managed to spam Decade's ultimate move over and over, but sadly was defeated by El of Water's map attack...

Just got my TV edition copy today !! My one complaint so far is how this plays on the PS3 Super Slim. Had the same problem when i play Gundam VS Extreme. :\ The music and cutscenes would pause and skip randomly (Even if the game is installed.). I swear they don't test their games on Super Slims !! >_< I miss my 60 GB PS3.

Anyway, having a blast with the game none the less and i already unlocked OOOs. Can't wait for the DLC.

It automatically patches when u start the game on any PSN account (I was on my main one which was a US account when I first started the game and it still patched)

I think Decade Violent Emotions allows for Final form at anytime, but makes items lose their effects

Increase bike curve by medium(not sure what is it, but I think is the ability to turn corners) while decrease speed by low
