Pretty much this, if you chose yes you go to another card select menu and can pick a heisei rider for decade to transform into, complete with snazzy FFR-eque Hisatsu waza
The stats shown on the bottom screen are attack, defence, Final attack power and health.
Just played it today, and have one question. The scanning gameplay on the Story Mode, what does it do? I just took pic when the Rider ghost is visible and got 100 or 200 GP afterwards, is that it or I didn't do it right?

These are the attack factors for your lead Rider. The top is more offensive, bottom is more defensive. You want a Rider with a higher attack factor on this chart (it's on the card explanation screen) for your lead Rider.
These are ratings of how well your Rider team combines.
Page 23, It similar to the image I posted last time. Listen carefully Translate the transparent part (the one with the bullets), and essentially just summarize the rest of the image.

After typing up my last large post (with the booklet pages (in a hide tag), I did some thinking.
I assume your referring to this:

I never really understood that part (except for the health). What exactly the other numbers mean, why we get +/- numbers before the battle. Especially, I really don't understand why sections have the words "UP" and "DOWN" above them.
Someone explain that to me. Ah, if only the booklet had a section for Rōmaji and a section for Kana/Kanji.
