Over the course of our lives we are taught to believe that some things are possible, and other things are impossible. We believe that some things simply arent capable of happening, and when such things do occur, those that believe in science tries to disprove them and render them invalid in their stupidity and unwillingness to believe that there may be things that they cannot comprehend. As much as some wish they could believe, the impossible can and will happen. Strange occurences that make our rigid instilled sense of logic and reason uneasy. Mysterious murders that defy every known laws of physics. These are only a few of the things that should not be and only a vague hint of something far beyond our imaginations that lurks behind the incidents.
Strange beings resembling fusions of man and beast of mysterious origin have begun to appear. At first being thought of as little more than rumors or urban legends and dismissed just as easily. The rate at which the mysterious murders has occured has given the stories about them a new level of validity as well as the fact that the police have begun to acknowledge the possibility of their existence. The people these creatures, dubbed Unknowns, have targeted are believed to have some sort of link but as of now none have surfaced, none that any narrow view of science or reason can see anyway. To deal with the threat of the Unknowns the police have brought back an old project which had been developed during a similar occurence three years ago, the G project which utilizes a series of high tech battle suits armed with highpowered weapons to fight these horrors. They could be just what is needed to defend against these monstrosities but the fact that they havent seen actual combat means that their effectiveness has yet to be proven.
Elsewhere, scattered across the country are those who posses a far greater power though. A power that they have yet to fully understand, a power that was awakened by an impossible incident of another sort. Through an incident out on the ocean involving a bizzare storm and and blinding white light they recieved the means to unlock the power that lays dormant within humanity. Just what are they? Who are they? Do they share a connection with the fightening Unknowns? And most importantly, how will the powers given to them manifest themselves.

Agitos:
The embodiment of humanities full potential which almost none can achieve under normal circumstances. The mysterious events that occured in the Akatsuki incident served as a catalyst to speed up the process known as the Agito Phenomenon in which a human can gain the ability to become an Agito. Out of the many caught in the in the incident only two have actually managed to become proper Agitos.
Kamen Rider Agito: available
A versatile and mystical warrior who can transform into one of three forms, two of which that posses unique weapons. There have been other Agitos in the ancient past but only those aware of the existence of the Agito and are truly dedicated to researching them known of them.
Kamen Rider Ollin: available
Another variety of Agito occasionally depicted in recently discovered Mayan carvings. Unlike the normal Agito, Ollin doesnt change form but instead is better all around while not quite matching the specialization of Agito's forms. Can fight hand to hand or use a weapon known as the Ollin Spear. Is also unique due to being the only rider capable of healing others and some limited flight.
Agito mutations: Flawed Agito whose form changed drastically into more feral and savage versions of Agitos. The reasons for the mutation isnt fully understood but it may be connected to the person's mental or emotional state. They have the potential to actually become more powerful than an Agito but none have ever reached that point since the body can only survive for so long after becoming one.

A prime example of just how drastically different the mutations can be from a normal Agito. The transformation is lengthy and rather painful, and organic rather than mystical. It has no weapons and instead his whole body is a weapon.
Kamen Rider Skarr:available
Pretty much just like Gills all except for the color.
The G series:
Not powered by mystical sources these riders wear high tech combat suits to fight the Unknowns. Visually based on a rumored hero who was said to have protected people from similar creatures.
Kamen Rider G1: available
Originally known simply as G it was fairly powerful but tended to use up power very quickly and prone to overheating. That said it can do decent damage to the Unknown but the fact that it can leave it's wearer defenseless has made it unpopular.
Kamen Rider G2:available
Originally a scrapped prototype G series suit, upon the surge in impossible crimes it was quickly assembled using old blue prints and spare parts. It works pretty well and doesnt have the same power and overheating issues as it's predecessor but not as much attacking power.
Kamen Rider G3: available
The final production model of the G series. While not quite able to to achieve the G1's attack power it uses even less power and is alot easier to move around in as well.
Note: All Mystical riders must have been present at the Akatsuki incident

Bio: Originally from an American military family living abroad in the nation of Japan. At first he was a rather hyper and outgoing child, but due to a drunk driver he had lost his parents at a young age causing his personality to change radically into one that was more quiet and introverted. Taking pity on the young boy, a friend of the family had taken him in and officially adopted him into their family. When he got older he attended Japansese school rather than the home schooling that had been originally planned. It was there that the belief that kids being very cruel was reinforced where he was often picked on and criticized due to the rather obvious difference between him and the others. Because of this he grew up constantly trying to surpass his peers while leaving little to no time for any form of fun or relaxation. This in turn caused even more problems as he had practically no social interaction whatsoever and often thought of as some kind of strange weirdo. He always continued to do this, gradually distancing himself more and more with every passing day in a cycle with no end in site. But one day that all changed. On one of the very few days where he felt he needed some sort of scenery change he had ended up on the ship known as the Akatsuki, and ended up being apart of the infamous Akatsuki incident. It was like the storm only existed around the ship itself as a bright otherworldly light shining down on the passengers. To this day he still doesnt understand just what happened that day, though he is rather thankful that someone outside the storm had noticed it in time to organize a rescue effort that got him and the others out of there. He didnt know it then, but what happened that day would drastically impact the rest of his life.
Over the next few months he began to notice that something about him was different. He seemed stronger, healthier, faster and even slightly more outgoing. His senses of sight, smell and hearing had become much more powerful something that was proven when the nearsightedness that plagued him early on was not only non existant but also left him with eye sight far more powerful than the average humans. He even had very mild precognitive abilities which gave him quite an advantage on tests. Things seemed better than ever for him but it seemed that those changes where only the beginning. He soon saw that his eyes occasionally changed color from green to red, he had an unexplained soreness that seemed to come and go randomly. Strange darkening of his skin for short periods of time. One fateful day the transformations fully ran their course, causing him to spontaneously become Gills for the first time when he was hiding out in one of the bathrroms and waiting for his skin to change back to normal. Paniced and not used to this new form in the feral instincts that came with it he went on a rampage, destroying nearly half the school and violently lashing out at any of those that came near him. It was hours before he regained his sense and returned to normal. Horrified at what he had done he ran away from home and his old life and more or less vanished from society.
Since then he has become somewhat of a drifter, going from place to place and never staying anywhere for too long in hopes of avoiding hurting anyone when he becomes his other self. He has dedicated himself to researching the Agito phenomenon and why he mutated into Gills instead of becoming an Agito. He has also been training himself to control when he transforms and controlling the savage impulses of Gills. When an Unknown appears within a certain distance from him he instinctively feels the need to fight and may involuntarily change if he waits for too long. He is wary of the G series riders since they have been ordered to try and capture him due to the uniqueness of Gills and he isnt really friendly with the Agitos either.
