It will happen actually. Take a good look at the Ending, you literally see Gokaioh and Seaick Goseigreat duking it out while Gokaired and Goseired are dueling each other.

And yes, I was going to mention Angel Pirate, but instead I was going to say something about Angel Pirates vs Pirate . . . Pirates but that's because in a temporary lapse of memory I forgot the Gokaigers were aliens.

They weren't actually fighting each other, they were just standing there while the other big mechas were charging forward to take out the Brajira forms.

There. In bold. What I was trying to say is, is that the fight between the two mechas in the 199 Hero Battle movie would most likely happen during those times.

See, I thought that you meant that the mecha fight between each other would happen near the very end of the 199 Hero Battle movie, & I corrected you on that by saying that the mecha fight would happen near the middle, or at the middle of the movie.

I literally never said it would happen at the end.

What I however do remember is me saying:

I don't think anyone has commented on this, but as I've seen from the ending of episode 14, it seems that Gokaioh will be fighting Seaick Goseigreat in the movie, which means we got ourselves a Pirate vs Pirate battle going on!

Somehow something got lost in reading as you assumed I said I was talking about the ending of the movie, when I so clearly said the ending of Episode 14.
