You probably didn't hit the "SUBMIT NEW POLL" button.

You also have your modes a little mixed up:
1. Otoya, Yuri, Rook and Spider Fangire never got past Save mode.
2. Both Nago AND Kengo were able to do Rising IXA
3. Megumi was able to do Burst Mode

Keep it to what we've seen each of them accomplish. No "what if" and no "handicapping" situations.
