Is this VR Troopers DVD worth the money?

Okay so i've been stumbling around the internet for a new place to buy rare toku. I found this site:

basically they are selling an expensive box set of season 1, but i'm hesitant to purchase it cause I don't want to get crappy VHS rips that have been triple encoded lol. I emailed them asking about the packaging and the quality of the picture, but they only responded on the question about the packaging. Could somebody tell me about their products who is in the know? Thanks!

Has anyone here purchased anything from Times Forgotten? I'm surprised because they appear to have a lot of good toku. Maybe I should just take a chance and snap their Bioman set for 30 bucks.
