I apologize if I posted this thread in the wrong category but I need a bit of help. I googled a website that pays you free goodies like time cards and cd serials for you completing questionaires. It really does not appear to be a scam, and it doesn't make you to dl anything or try to get my account info . Should I give it a spin? Do you by chance know of any urls like this one that really are NOT fake?

I duno about all of them, but my friend did one &, instead of being paid, she won points to gamble to possibly win $500 on the site- so that one was a scam...:redface2:

I say you treat all these types of scenarios like a scam until there is physical images of proof that there is actually prizes for doing these "things."

But yeah, that's a SCAM

Yeah I wondered about that too when the original post was first reported a day or two ago. However it doesn't have the usual links to miscellaneous crap that usually get included with bot posts, so I didn't delete it.

If it is indeed a bot, it's more harmless, and for the time being is a "less instrusive" one compared to the ones we usually get.

That's true. We also got a bot like this at GX_ST once. It never came back. It was a disturbing one.
