(In)Complete List of Vampire and Werewolf Media

Super Kamen Sentai Rider
Okay, I wanted to start off with saying that lately I thought about my interests and realized I am only a very casual fan in things I say I "love" :disappoin Things like Vampires and Werewolves, and I realized that I should see more media pertaining to it. Normally when I'm cruising the forums and I see a lot of you guys talk about Vampire shows or things like that and they always go over my head  So instead of looking at some big old borning wiki list (that probably wouldn't even have some of the shows plotlines, just random names) I thought it would be nice to make this a little interactive :P To have fans (and haters) come together and name shows and movies that pertain to the Vampires. Also, being around you guys, we can also learn where to find these shows (official DVD releases, if not then where to download) possibly not through the threads (dunno how HJU feels about downloading, even American, when there's no legit release) But at least you can get people to ask the right questions, get interested, and start to look

I don't think there's been a thread like this on here and I know it's a big thing to try and accomplish but I think if we work together we can make it happen ^^

Jojo's Bizarre Adventure has vampires (one of them is my avatar)

Oh look at that  I wasn't going to include anime but I might as well :P Also which series has it? Cause I know there's multiple ones and pretty much all but one of the series hasn't even been released in the US :/

Ok, Shows:
Moonlight (has nothing to do with Twilight WHATSOEVER!!!!)
Angel (spin-off of Buffy)
Kamen Rider Kiva
Power Rangers Mystic Force/ Magiranger

Movies:
VanHelsing
Vampires Suck (technically)
Dracula (all 20 million of them)
Nosveratu (if you like Silent Films)
30 Days & 30 Nights (I'm not sure if that's the correct title)
Ultraviolet
Wolfman (black & white)
Wolfman (2010 version)

That's all I can think of right now, though.

Thanks for contributing, I guess I'll look for all of Dracla and end up posting all of them here  and yeah I think the film is called 30 Days & 30 Nights, and I always though that was a Zombie film :P thanks for clarifying ^^

And is Mystic Force DIRECTLY related to Vampires? or is the concept randomly thrown in for an episode like it was with Magiranger?

The manga has different parts but they are all connected.

Dio appears in part 1 and part 3 (although he's mentioned in parts 2, 4, 5, and 6). There's another version of him in part 7, but he isn't a vampire.

Anime/Manga:

Vampire Princess Miyu
Rosario+Vampire
Dance in the Vampire Bund
Vampire Hunter D

Also, don't think Twilight should count as a vampire flick...as there not real vampires.

Oh please yes they are :loltongue: As much as we don't like them, it's like saying the Zombies in 28 Days Later (which are pretty kickass by the way, the movie and the Zombies) or any Zombie created by infection aren't really the "Living Dead". All Twilight Vampires really are is the tweaking of the actual myth of Vampires. We really shouldn't be criticizing how a creature that doesn't even really exist should look and act like  (I will agree though that I hate how Vampires are portrayed in Twilight) The "Werewolves" in Twilight on the other hand, those can be likened more to the "Lycans"/Lycanthropy or even the Skinwalker myths...except they're not wearing the pelt of wolves around them (in the case of a Skinwalker)

werewolf movies:
ginger snaps 1-3 (Best werewolf movies beside AWiL)
the howling 1-6 (See 1)
American werewolf in London/Paris (London only forget Paris)
dog soldiers (Not bad)
cursed (Not good)
Blood & chocolate (Bad)
Trick 'r Treat: Surprise Party-segment (1 part werewolf but all good)
Stephen King's Silver Bullet (OK 80's)

vamp movies:
fright night 1-2 (great 80's vamp flicks)
Dracula 2000 (OK)
From Dusk till Dawn 1-3 (see 1)
Blood: The Last Vampire (Very bad)
Let the right one in (Swedish) (One of the best I've seen see it b4 Oct. incase the American remake is bad)
Thirst (Korean) (Stars Song Kang-ho from "The host/The Good, the Bad, the Weird" as a vamp priest}
Near Dark (Cowboy Vamps)
Rise: Blood Hunter (Good w/ Lucy liu)
Lesbian Vampire Killers (UK) (Funny - "Vampire Killers" in US)

Thats all i can think of.
