Imagine another Toei/Marvel partnership

So basically, you are talking about Denjiman?

I'm not sure I see the similarity between Denjiman and X-Men...

But, yeah, an X-Men toku would be like a Sentai, but also with the Orphenoch emoness of Faiz (hopefully written better than that, though). It would be a big hit!

The Doctor, in the Den-Liner, with the candlestick. Any questions?

The adventures of the Tokusatsu Doctor could be interesting. I mean Doctor Who is already a Toku in its own right minus martial arts fights (Unless you're Tom Baker...)and maybe a henshin (Optional). The Doctor from another dimension gets stranded in Japan, he gains a henshin due to his regeneration being effected somehow, and the tardis adapts to a giant monster attack by turning into a giant robot. Make a few toku references, throw in The Master as a rival, and poof! You got a fun ride that would make all die hard Whovians everywhere scream in horror. All of them that is, except this guy right here.

The TARDIS is rather similar to the photo studio in Decade, too.

I really don't see this happening due to the Disney buyout of Marvel. It would also have the potential to void the current contract Saban has with Toei for Power Rangers, resulting in a nasty court battle that I honestly don't want to think about

Huh? Surely the Saban/Toei contract is "Saban can adapt Toei's properties" and not "Toei cannot team up with anybody besides Saban". How would this affect Saban's contract if Toei are adapting somebody else's (in this hypothetical case, Marvel) stuff?

Marvel is owned by Disney. If Marvel chooses to work alongside Toei, by default it's a property of Disney regardless of the fact that Disney chose not to meddle in Marvel's affairs

If I got this wrong, please feel free to correct me, but that's how I see it as it stands right now

So what if a Toei/Marvel collab becomes a Disney property? As long as they don't touch Power Rangers or Sentai, that would have nothing to do with Saban's contract, no?

Okay, I was under the impression that were talking about strictly Sentai

My mistake

Denjiman come from a people persecuted to the point of almost genocide where they flee their world and mix with the humans. People carry the genes and are hunted down again, and the Denjimen and their dog Ai-C are the only things stopping the Sentinels.

Also recall that the Denjimen are chosen by their gene strength towards being descended from the Denji people whereas the X-Men derive their powers from the X mutation gene.
