Thats perfectly normal, its a blurred version of the real image.

EDIT: I decided to post a minimized version of the real image below the blurred out one with the description. Its minimized so even if you stare at it a long time you wont die.

You won't die from looking at a picture.. I would even look at the "real one" to disprove this theory.

Also do note that the headache some of you might be getting from the blurred version is probably from starring at your screen too long. Stare at your TV long enough you'll get a headache.
