Internet is not the place to ask for help when it comes to females. your best bet would be to actually try and strike a conversation with a few of them and see if you have ANYTHING in commen and go on about that for atleast a few days.

Be yourself and make friends. You don't need to change who you are, just be willing to show people who you are.

Don't expect everyone to like you. Find the ones that do and keep them with you.

Talking to girls is easy. All you need to do is have confidence in urself and not try too hard.

Well your first problem is that you are probably seeing romance in the girl you want to talk to, too soon. Remember that you can always have friends who are female but not romantically involved.

Try talking to them as just another person making a new friend. Find a topic that has some common ground between you and the girl and go for it.
