Arguing against an open-door immigration policy is, frankly, stupid. It's shortsighted and perhaps even racist; every economy, developed or otherwise, only benefits from having more people participating in it on any income or education level. There's even significant economic advantages and motivations for assimilation, especially on a generational level, so arguing that immigrants are going to somehow destroy American culture is, frankly, preposterous.

That's not what the argument is about. The argument is about illegal immigration. Open-door immigration has nothing to do with illegal immigration.

and blade that wiki article. The numbers are only estimates (both GAO and Pew). Estimates can be Wrong, and are often so. Still brings not proof that Hispanics are the majority ONLY that it is BELIEVED that they are.

The fact that the person is illegal means there is no Documentation For that person so the govt Doesn't know of them. For that reason there could me more illegals in another Group.

Well the estimates had to come from somewhere, whoever that was knows more about it than you do, & If they are off, then I'm sure they're aren't too far off. All 4 places I went to had the same numbers.

Okay, I gave you somewhere saying that hispanics are the majority of illegal immigrants, & it's also fricking obvious. So you show me proof that they are not the majority of illegal immigrants, & back up what you say. Because if you can't, then you need to stop the pointless arguing.

I'm not playing the blame game, the fact it, there are more illegal hispanics, but you know what?? I don't like the other illegal immigrants any better than I do the hispanic ones. & Once again, prove us wrong.

Apparently this thread wasn't to discuss illegal immigration but to Demonize a particular Group for being the sole cause of illegal immigration.

well since hispanics are the majority, of course they will be talked about more. Doesn't mean they are liked/disliked any better. There's no racism here of any kind if that's what you're getting at.

Z-unit you need to become more informed on the issue before you make base statements like that. But i'm not your teacher and I'm not going to waste my time trying to educate you on this subject.

You haven't proven any facts either, you can't teach him about something if you don't know any more than he does.

This is my last post his thread cause it become a playground lil bitch fest and fight, and thats not what i wanted to get out of this thread. Though its threads like this that let you know who some ppl really are.

You are the one who started saying everyone was wrong & to prove what they say, yet you have not proved a little thing. Also you are the one who seems to like arguing & cussing every post.

The argument of saying how do we know hispanics are the majority of the illegals when there are other illegals that aren't hispanic is ludicrous in my opinion. It's actually quite obvious why hispanic illegals far more outweigh other illegals simply because Mexico/Central America/South America is connected to the U.S. It's easier to cross into our borders. If you're going to argue that there are more Illegals from Asia or Europe then from Mexico then you better have a damn good source to back that up. We're oceans apart thus making it harder to reach here by the millions.

Why anyone would even bother to argue with that is beyond me & very pointless imo, especially without a source & seeing how obvious what was stated is.
