Tyra Banks carried that show on her back. She created catchphrases, drama, inspiration—everything. Yes, mistakes happened. Manipulation for TV is not new. But she gave unknown girls a chance at fame. Many used it well. Others struggled, true. The doc asking her about accountability is good. No easy pass, but no full hate either. I respect that. ANTM was my guilty pleasure growing up. Still is. Clips pop up and I smile. Fierce forever. People act like it invented bad reality TV. It just did it first and best.

ANTM was messy fun. Taught me confidence matters more than perfect face. Smize changed my selfie game lol. But the behind-scenes stuff sounds rough. Constant cameras, mean comments, exploitations for views. No wonder some girls speak out now. Good that Netflix does this doc. Time to hear real stories. Tyra reflection part will be interesting. She shaped a generation, good and bad. I’m watching day one.
