Have Kai appear earlier and have Gaoh be on Kai's side.
Gaoh was a dangerous weapon and having Kai be the man wielding the weapon would have helped make him more believable as a villain.
It also would have gave the movie more scope and really have an effect on the series with Ryo finishing Gaoh off for good, causing the need for Kai to step up.

Yuuto can't dissapear because he's Zeronos. If he were to dissapear all the good Zeronos did would dissapear with him, and thus a failsafe is built into the system so that Zeronos can't dissapear, which is what brought Yuuto back (took time though).
The Taros can't possess Ryoutaro because the timeline is in flux, not because of a time paradox.
And god NO! There's nothing more HORRIBLE AND BORING AND STUPID AND LAZY AND...GRAAAH...INFURIATING than a rest button ending!
Its what killed a LOT of Voyagers episode you know.

lets see, i dun like alot of little things in Den-O
Hana being part of the Nogami family, i saw coming a mile away (i assumed she'd be related to Ryoutaro as a child or something though)
I'd rather have a less usless base-form, I mean, I guess it was to show the importance of the Imagin-Forms, but Plat-Form was so useless...
Kai and Gaoh, are they humans or Imagins, or do everyone form the future turn to sand when they die?
I'd make Kai appear the same ep as Ryuutaros, abeit as a Shadow at first, then gradually reveal him
Bring Zeronos into the first ep by showing in the opening scenes a Future Zeronos fighting Imagin and trying to stop them from going through time to the present
Yuuto would get his powers from the time traveling Sakurai after that event, but Yuuto would only show up later in the series (however Zeronos would have effects on the early episodes)
Although Imagin are destroyed, little bits of the overall Den-O timeline will change, and the episodes will involve that (similar to R-Ryou/Gun Form saving the puppy from death)
This will, IMO, give more "flesh" to the whole "Hana turns into a kid cause of the new rail" thing (cause the actions are further altering time and her becoming a kid will be a consequence)
The final eps, 3 of them will have the Taros each dying in order to help Ryou back to his time to confront Kai and the Demon Imagin (who has defeated Yuuto and left him)
The last ep will have Momo and Ryou confronting the Imagin army (as it did), when Momo sacrifices himself to save Ryou, Ryou, out of grief, calls out for the taros, and inadvertantly recreates the Taros from his memories of them, and becomes Climax form
Yuuto will show up hurt, with Deneb, and use the last card to become Zeronos Vega form
Climax and Vega Zeronos will fight the Demon Imagin as Kai and the remaining Army head to Airi and Hana's location
After they beat the demon imagin, they use their final attacks and clear out the army, and defeat Kai
Yuuto will fade out of existence, returning to his rightful place in time
Deneb will return to Sakurai's side with the Zeroliner, Sakurai won't disappear
Ryoutaro will actually lose all 4 imagin, except realize that he keeps them in his heart and memories (allowing him to begin using their various personalities to make himself less of a wuss with bad luck)

I would think if Den-O was rewritten, I change Ryotaro's bad luck to good luck near the end of the show. The poor guy could sure use romance with some girl. U think he and Hana make a good match?
I do also like for the four imagin to die near the end of the show, but their memories and spirits will always be with Ryotaro and his Den-O powers. Sieg will be the only Imagin left standing alongside Ryotaro.
Change Nega Den-O, and make his identity Ryotaro's evil self with good luck without the Imagin.

Kai was a terrible antagonist and get BETTER foot-soldiers. If they're gonna make Kai a better antagonist, he should become an evil rider. Perhaps something related to the greek god of time Cronus/Saturn.
Also... if there was a third rider: It should be someone whose based on a subway train unless bullet trains are the same as that.
