IMO, mecha battles are the most boring part of the show and are mainly around for merchandising purposes. It would just be one great big unnecessary cluster.

What I want to see is all the mecha in sentai or all the zords in power rangers to combine into one huge ginormus mech.... but thats just me

All of them together at once might be a bit messy on screen, but I like how they handle it in Super Sentai World, where Muteki Shogun, DaiRenOh, Daizyujin, Jet Icarus and Five Robo teamed up.
