If there were more female riders...

If they ever do a female rider again, i would like it if they do it Kagami Arata style, just introduce a good female character from the beginning and have her become a Rider eventually, if they just introduce a new female character that is a rider almost inmediately then that will become her main attribute, being a female Rider.

Plus, I think doing it in such a way would encourage making a female rider a permanent part of the cast. I'm sick of having so many of them be movie only.

If Nadeshiko can become a popular, beloved Rider simply through being "cute" and the hero's girlfriend, then yes, I agree that Mio could have been a Rider.

If anything, Akiko inheriting Skull's gear, or Shroud having her own gear (she theoretically had a Memory, as a member of the Sonozaki family), would have been the only plausible female Riders.

When Movie Wars Core was announced, there was a rumour that Akiko was going to transform into Skull in the movie. I would have liked to see her as Skull, but it wouldn't really have fitted into that story (which was Akiko hating Kamen Riders and wanting Terui to stop fighting as Accel.)

2) KR Witch is not proven a lie. The second Rider will be Beast, whose gender we don't know. We don't know that there will only be 2 Riders (including movie-only Riders, Decade had 4, OOO had 3, and Fourze had 4). There could still be a female Rider.

I think it's pretty clear Beast is going to be male. Lion motifs always go to male characters with Toei, and if Beast were female, the design would have been made to look cutesy/girly. My personal belief is that it'll be a while yet before we see a full-time female Rider, but it helps that Wizard has broken the "two Riders only" rule - if we count the White Wizard, Beast will be the third to appear.

And thinking about it, Koyomi would make a great Female Rider, though i don´t think that will happen.

Koyomi fits more into the mould of Kengo or Ankh, who were important as the hero's partner but weren't Riders. I do think she would have made a good Rider, though. Rinko could also have made a Kagami-style Rider but after the first episode she seems to have been relegated to the role of "pretty sidekick"

Agreed and agreed. It would have been awesome if Akiko had used the Skull Memory to transfrom, but yeah it wouldn't have fit it with the story...

Then again, with all the problems in Core, would it have matter to add one more? :laugh:

And PLUS! If there was a female rider tv show, there'd be one with involving flowers.

I see. But you know what would be interesting, if Queen had actually used the Queen T2 Gaia Memory and the Lost Driver to be Kamen Rider Queen for at least two episodes.

The T2 wanted to transform her into a Dopant. The whole thing was about destiny and Shotaro apparently was destined to be a Kamen Rider after all, but Queen was not destined to be anything higher than a Dopant.

Not for Queen being a rider, period. Not even down with Mio being a rider. She would just have been another notch in the "Female rider's must die!" pole. I don't like that pole, it's offensive. Satonaka being birth for more then a web episode would have been fun though. Hey that reminds me! Megumi wasn't IXA's primary user but she totally survived the series and movie! Natsumi even survived W and Decade movie wars! Her name was Natsumi right...of course Tackle also died again in that movie...even if she wasn't technically a rider. I should stop ranting now.

I thought the same about Rinko, when she was revealed as a gate i hoped that she would somehow maintained her magic but that wasn´t the case.

Then again, we are still early in the series, who says that she won´t be able to use some external source of magic or something, and maybe be of more help in the fight against the phantoms?

I doubt that will happen but at this stage anything is possible.

Renge should've been a rider called Tento (ladybug) to fight alongside Kabuto & Gatack. There would've been potential in her.

Kiva-la? Well Natsumi would've been revealed to be an adopted granddaughter and is the daughter of Wataru and Mio.

Hina would've been perfect for a female rider.

The latest HJU 'cast got me thinking about some things. First is the possibility that a lot of female rider designs have been "phoned in", as it were, such that in a way the staff were self-sabotaging by being resigned to an unpopular rider even before starting. Another is that I think a female rider looking big and bulky could actually work for marketability, though the design would end up enticing kids more than the character in some ways (which is often how it goes I'd imagine).
