i would say no to dubbing, especially kr den-o. some people aready don't like the show, so if they dub it, they will make it worse. i rather they leave it the way it is. same with an english adaptation of den-o. they will just make it worse.

Eh? Den-O seems to be one of the more popular KR's, considering Toei keep making more movies for it. And I just watched their Decade episodes, they were funny! :laugh:

It would be nice if it were dubbed by a company that actually cared. I dunno about you guys but I have seen recent dubs that have been really good. Even Japanese dubs, taking our language and converting it to their COMPLETELY different language, match up mouth flaps perfectly. And besides, like someone else said, they would just be dubbed for TV or something and have the subs be on DVDs ^^

There is a chance that Kamen Rider Den-O will be dubbed. I saw it on a website that licensed titles across South East Asia and Den-O is one of them. Kabuto is also licensed by Media Link, in short there is a chance that Cartoon Network Philippines will dub it.

Another KR title that was dubbed in English was KR Blade, and those responsible from its dubbing are the once responsible in dubbing KR Kabuto. In short, its either those Singaporeans or Hong Kong guys. No problem with Singaporeans dubbing it but guys from Hong Kong? Expect you'll hear the same voices for two different characters.

If the Filipinos have dubbed shows into English, I wonder why they don't put them on DVD in the US and UK, and other English speaking territories?

The Filipino English is accented and obviously "foreign" to American ears. I don't think Americans would like them.

Well I saw a few clips of English Dubbed Kabuto on Youtube, and I didn't notice any accents. Now, I will admit, the voices weren't a perfect match for their Japanese counterparts, the acting seemed a little weak and the dialogue didn't always come off that great to me. But still, if they were to release DVDs, I would buy them. Chances are, the DVDs would be bilingual since they kept the original music and everything.

So are there any DVDs out there for sale or what?

i say give it a try dub and sub go with both that way people have the option -it would be to dvd not broadcast so see what people prefer

I bet it's just rights issues. Saban have all the rights for Sentai if I'm not mistaken (Disney secured them all while they owned PR, if I remember right, so Saban will have got them when they re-acquired the franchise), but I can't see them ever using the footage from Bioman for example, so why not release the existing dub? I'm not sure about Adness's Kamen Rider rights though, Blade is a fairly recent series (more recent than Ryuki).
