One anime that I think really shines in its English dub is "Mob Psycho 100." The voice performance by Kyle McCarley as Mob captures his character's emotional range perfectly, and the delivery during those pivotal sakuga moments is just on another level. Plus, the comedic timing in the dub is spot on, which really enhances those lighter scenes.
Another one I'd recommend is "Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood." The English dub has such a strong cast, with Vic Mignogna and Laura Bailey giving their all to really bring the Elric brothers to life. Their chemistry and the way they handle the dramatic moments make it a fantastic experience.
I appreciate both subs and dubs, but there are definitely cases where the dub brings something special. What about you? Any dubs that surprised you in a good way?
