I can't send messeges to some members

I can't send messages to some members and mods can the mods please fix this? thanks

Is there an error message? You can't for example send messages to people whose inboxes are full.

Also if people turn off Private messaging, then you might as well be throwing your mail at a wall waiting for the recipient to receive it.

Could be something on the other person's end as I don't see anything in your profile that would not be allowing you to send PMs.

Just to double check, you could try to PM a member of staff as a test to see if it's working for you.
