I Am Legend - Talkbalk

The film was good up until Anna came in, the ending just sucked ass. The real highlight was seeing the TDK trailer.

I really wanted to like it but it was overhyped and overrated in reviews. Really just an average movie. And the CGI was terrible, that alone made the "Darkseekers" really lame. Luckily I got in for free, I wouldn't pay to see it again.

I do recommend the book though.

It was funny. At the end of the movie, the threatre I was at did this collective, "...............................................................huh."

The original script had intelligent vampires, more of a world to battle in and more of what I think was expectded from a Will Smith holiday movie where he fights monsters.

It would've been great.

Instead it was like after Will salary they had enough money left over to do a tenth of the concept and we get a bare bones world, where the monsters just have pack animal mentality and we watch Will deal with depression.

The whole movie was pretty..... depressing and stressful.

Didn't hate it, wouldn't recommend it, and won't be seeing it again.

The movie did phenomenally, National Treasure 2, which comes out next Friday's not gonna be able to beat it! Will Smith has became a Hollywood staple, look at Pursuit of Happyness, took very little money to make and featured no action. Yet the film grossed over a hundred mil! :O_O:

From IMDB:

"Will Smith could well have invoked the famous line of Muhammad Ali, the man he once played in a movie: "I am the greatest." For Smith, who performs a veritable one-man show in the movie I Am Legend, set a box-office record for December over the weekend as the movie debuted with an estimated $77.4 million. The previous record had been set by The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, which took in $72.6 million in its 2003 debut."

do you want to be a spin doctor when you grow up or something?

 Will Smith's the man!
