How to convert my computer to Region 2 DVD player?

I wasn't where to post this so please forgive me if I'm in the wrong area. :sweat:

So anyways, does anybody how to convert your computer to Region 2 dvd player?

My computer is a Windows XP.

Most CyberLink Dvd player software can allow you to watch a Dvd regardless of region. try it.

Really? Are you serious about this? It's just that I plan on to pick foreign DVD and order Doctor Who 2010 on DVD as well, so I don't see how could this allows me to play dvd, despite region. I could try it, thanks.
