How did you feel about Narutaki?

If Narutaki have given some legit reason on why he hates Decade, maybe I would feel some sympathy. Instead he goes around making Tsukasa the scapegoat for everything that goes wrong, including stuff that he caused. Like bringing an Undead into Ryuki's World, where there's no way to seal it over there. The height of his patheticness was when joined Super Shocker just to destroy Decade. Even Tsukasa called him out on it.

He was nothing more but a whinney bitch, who was all bark but no bite.

I've personally liked the throry I read on this board that he was a strawman representation of the online fandom, who was always complaining about how Decade was ruining everything.

The way I look at it:

He's pretty much the J Jonah Jameson of the Kamen Rider world. There's never a real reason WHY he hates the hero...he just does.

Jameson actually is a decent character.

Narutaki stopped being amusing around the time I realized that the show was never going to give him a real motivation.

How weird was he?

I mean that'd be like if you woke up one day and saw someone taking a morning stroll, and just decided to yourself for no reason,"**** that guy." and decided to dedicate your entire life to making his miserable. You don't know who he is or what he's done. In fact if you didn't see him that morning you'd likely never interact with him in the future, but for some reason you just decide you're going to ruin him, because "**** that guy."

That's Narutaki.

Aaand I suddenly remember my irrational hate for Celine Dion's songs.

Anyways, I find Narutaki the show's wasted potential. If only he was given a back story about Decade killing his family. Heck, I even have a theory that he might be Natsumi's father due to how confident he is about Natsumi that she can stop Decade!
