Bright side of today..........I was able to get off the phones for 2 hours because they asked me to help plan a million flowers outside. So this woman taught me how to plant flowers & apparently I mastered it. XD
Anyways, at work we have this thing called retention.....& ours must be at least 15%, soon to be 20% then 25%. But anywho, just means that out of all the people each person gets that calls in wanting to cancel, we must convince at least 15% to keep the program...(though If I call to cancel something, it's going t get canceled & these people are usually mad), well mine is 13% & the manager checked out retention rates today & everyone under 15% is going to get some threatening lecture. Well mine is coming within the next few days & here is how it goes.
He will tell me to have it above 15% by the next week.....if I don't get it up then, I have to dress up business casual the following week & then he checks again & if it's not at least 15, I get put on a PIP & if it doesn't come up the 3rd week, that equals TERMINATION. So.....yeah I want to keep my job at least until August..lol but it's not my fault these customers want to cancel the dang junk. Hopefully all goes well for me. ^^
