I have so many hopes for 2009 
but the most important is, I hope me and my family will stay healthy and live well ^^
other than that, agreed with GekiBlack, I hope I can earn my own money to buy some figures in my wanted list
on second thought, I hope Bandai will lower all of their toy's price~ XD

toku terms: A Rider series that isn't completely derivative of every other and doesn't have horrible acting/ writing ('sup Kiva?). A sentai series with more drama, decent characters and some maturity. Another original series with good suits, action and drama
otherwise: Runaways and Batman get decent again (former already started to), Dollhouse gets ratings, Heroes gets good, more really high quality video games and more price cuts for all formats
arrange some kind of social work placement in NYC, and at least make it through the year's studies
also find a decent paying/ rewarding part time job, and try to meet a lot more new people.

That Thor doesn't come out this year. Seriously a movie with a genius script like Thor's shouldn't be rushed.
Maybe Ron Paul could pull a miracle and actually be elected president. Because with McCain or Obama things wont change that much really.
Also I hope that Star Trek XI is good and I'm debating on whether or not Watchmen should be released, not because it will be a bad movie, no it will be a brilliant movie, but because of the Children and Retarded 13 year old reactions that will plague the world and the Rorschach mask becoming the movie flavor of the year trend with the internet.
And hopefully I'll have a PS3 to watch all my Blu Ray's and play my PS3 games lying around.
