Hmm I might try Ozaki.
What exactly are our lines? Do we say what TVN subs say?
Not exactly, sure you can say the TVN subs, but try to make the line match the lips and match the character. For example, Jan from Gekirangers could have the sub saying "Stop fucking around!" but Jan's character would not say that, and the translation means basically stop screwing around, so you could say "Stop messing around" instead.
Gah Den-O 1 is on my other computer which has a broken PSU.
Damn. If someone could upload a small clip of Ozaki saying something like that part where he tells Miura he can't have Airi cause he's a regular, I could use that to make a sample.

I don't want to come off sounding like a jerk, but you have no idea what you're doing.
A proper fandub has a script, you don't just use fansub lines. Also, you don't just go "You'll be this guy and you'll be this guy." You have to hold auditions for the various roles and pick the voices you believe fit best, not just cast your buddies. Doing that will more than likely produce a crappy dub.
When it comes to actually recording lines, you can't just have people record with anything. They need to at least have a decent microphone. Otherwise it sounds horrible.
You will also need the full soundtrack for the series, and your own sound effects. The reason is because to put in the new voices, you pretty much have to remove all of the sound from the video and replace it.
Lastly, you need some good audio/visual editing software to do all this stuff.
That is all.
But you basically just said that he's right and you don't have any of that stuff...?
