Possibly, that whole side of his head is completely dead, no feeling whatsoever. He probably can't even see through that eye. But he'd probably contract a terrible disease from exposure after a while.

Yeah, a guy walking around with his skull exposed, who is said to be in immense pain, yet refuses pain meds. :laugh:

Eckhart should have just pretty much looked like Freddy Krueger, which is what the Tommy Lee Jones make-up was actually closer to. Only the Forever make-up was ruined by making his burns neon purple.

This may be more gory, gross, and "realistic" but TAS Two-Face just looks cooler IMO. Sorry but gore doesn't automatically equal awesome to me. For one thing, I can watch and focus on a scene with TAS Two-Face without wanting to hurl.
