Something just tells me that they should consult the US companies to aid them in henshin and attacks

I don't think it is necessary to consult the US companies for any ideas. Ask yourself this, how do you know that the US will be just as "innovative" for getting ideas. Are any other country any better with concepts to be develop or used in that way. In that case, I feel it doesn't make any difference, in Japan or elsewhere, for ideas need time and environment to make it original. Impulses and repeated homages does answer that to some degree. For me, ideas would take longer or far more "different" approach, other than what it is doing now, for henshins, attacks, and other concepts in general.

Decade will have kaijin of its own, when it is in decade' world or in between worlds.
