has anyone cried during a Toku

Yep. Like Mattcomix and Bouken said before, when Yuuri,Domon,Ayase and Sion went back to their own time and Yuuri and Tatsuya had one last conversation to admit their true feelings....that was a tear jerker. Two people from two vastly different worlds, you could even call them star crossed, but when they left, man I definitely cried.

I also cried at the end of GoGo V due to the sheer awesome-ness of the Sigma Project Mecha and Nishioka Ryuichiro's enigmatic voice. When Matsuri and Daimon tell them that they're mother is alive, and that their faith in each other was something no Saima could ever destroy, that made me cry too. Makes you remember that family is something you could never replace.

I didn't cry during Double, as well made as the scene in ep 48 was I didn't cry. Kiriyama and Suda didn't move me as much I guess.

And I also agree with Matt, when Godai comes in guns blazing to save Ichijou and proclaim that he would protect everyones smile and finally transforms into Mighty Form, that's something you can only do once man, ever. Trying to replicate something like Kuuga is impossible.

I've never cried over a toku, but I have felt a surge of emotion stir up in me. And did slightly get teary-eyed a few times. :P

Bioman: Mika's death.

Flashman: The ending. Nuff said.

Maskman: The ending was kind of emotional too.

Liveman: God, there were several tear-jerking eps. lol.

Jetman: There were several tear-jerking eps here as well. Particularly the last four eps.

Zyuranger: Burai's death.

Dairanger: Kujaku's death. Kou's mother's death. Kaku's death.

Kakuranger: Sandayuu's death.

Ohranger: Hysteria's death.

Megaranger: The last few episodes. Especially the very end.

Gingaman: The first few episodes. Moak's death. And the ending (which was more tears of joy).

GoGoFive: The entirety of episode 43. Diinas' death. The ending (again, tears of joy).

Timeranger: Several episodes were tear-jerking. Especially the ending and TimeFire's death.

Gekiranger: Jan's final moments with Suugu/Dan.

Black: The last few eps.

Ryuki: Imperer's death.

555: Yuka's death.

Blade: Kenzaki becoming Joker.

Hibiki: Zanki's death.

Kiva: Mio's death.

W: Kirihiko's death. Philip's supposed death.

Spielban: There were a couple of pretty sad episodes.

Metalder: The ending.

I totally agree with you

i cried little bit in the part where black condor in jetmen died. /O_O\ so sad

Yup. That's the part I was talking about.

Wow fantasy spoiler freakin alert on Bioman. :disappoin:disappoin

Can't say it's your fault though..I should of known coming in the thread.

I actually almost cried when watching Magiranger. Episode 34. When Kai was fighting Wolzard. He wanted his father back and didn't want to fight Wolzard anymore. The music that plays really fit the mood too.

Yeah, it's pretty much just ''teary-eyed'' for me, if I want the tears to flow I can force it from that point, though. I know because I've done it, I don't know why.

Let me see if I can remember:
I'll put Kamen Rider Spirits in the list already, the tears shift between joy and sadness. And I've yet to see it all!

Lots of instances in Kamen Rider, let's see:
It's mostly the victim of the week, or a tragic monster of the week (e.g. Sasori Otoko, Isogin-Jaguar). I can't list them all.
There's a couple of things in Amazon, first the deaths the Spider Beastman brought in episode 1, then Dr. Yamamura in ep. 4 I think. And last, but not least, Mogura's sacrifice. He had completely redeemed from being a Geddon Beastman at that point and made a heroic sacrifice. I hate the fact that one of the worst-looking kaijins I've ever seen killed him.
Stronger has it's moment, I don't need to mention it. It was epic too.
I haven't seen much of Den-O but there are a couple of tear-jerker episodes there. And there's also the trilogy.

Bioman has it's own share too, besides Mika.

Now, there have been some occasions where this could have happened, the context was perfect, but for some reason it didn't:

Episode 4 of the original series and it's adaptation in V3. The only reason this didn't happen is because of the noisy kids. Not to sound like a jerk, but kids get pretty friggin' loud in 70's shows.

Jetman's ending. Everything else in the series had followed this pattern. And I was expecting the ending to do it too. But then my suspension of disbelief reached it's limit, and I couldn't conceive a hero who had just saved the world dying such a death. I couldn't cry for that.

All Riders vs DaiShocker. When I finished watching it, I was surprised I didn't shed tears of happiness. Perhaps it's because I spoiled it?
I know this will happen with Let's Go, though.
