Haruhi Suzumiya Series {Anime/Manga/Light Novels}

Anyone here a fan of the Haruhi Suzumiya series?
I myself is not one. I just merely saw a few episodes dubbed in Filipino.
But after watching THE DISAPPEARANCE OF SUZUMIYA HARUHI, it made me interested to the whole story.

I'm currently addicted in reading the light novels.:buttrock:

I actually downloaded the "Second Season" last month...or two months ago, but never really touched it. I don't have to watch the movie first before the series, right? Or is it best to watch the series first so I can watch the movie and get a kick out of it.

Yeah. Better watch the series first. Even though I have only seen at least half of the first series, I already have an idea on what's going on. But there are some things that confuses me so I read the light novels from the start.

......Ewwwww, reading...lol

I can say to you, the light novels are better than the anime.
