Happy with your birth name?

When I was younger, I really hated my name because it was easy to come up with annoying nicknames for it. Now, after finding out some meaning to my name (not intended by my parents) and how my middle name is not only a plant but also some kind of demon and a magician, I don't mind my name at all. Besides, it's not very common so it gives me some kind of uniqueness. Sorry, a bit long winded.

I have two names, one in Japanese and one in Spanish, the japanese name is quite uncommon even in Japan and I like it a lot, specially it's abbreviation...Kuni...
As for my name in Spanish, the reason I don't like it is that people resort to it when they don't want to make the effort to pronounce my first one correctly...

At first I didn't since people would say it completely wrong but now I've learned to accept it.

I'm surprised by the lack of "I wanna change my name to Suichi Tetsweabooshin" posts. I didn't give you guys enough credit when I saw the thread popup. :P

Anyways; I'm happy with Damian. Not that common. You drop off the extra letters and you get Ami which is cool, and what I go by a lot.
