I went to my local Gunpla store…and left with a whole whack of Build Fighters:



I bought some of the individual boosters last year but this is going to be my first experience with the actual kits. Managed to snag the last Bearguy they had too. :thumbs:

I actually hadn't noticed that the box actually had the name of the customizer on them till I got these in hand…weird how I completely glanced over that. :laugh:

Tell me what you think of Sengoku Astray once you build it, I'm still interested in that kit. Though I'll probably get Kampfer Amazing next.

Best I have is HobbyTown USA down the road from my house. They have a nice gunpla section.

Well not nessicary "Local" as I had to take the subway to get there but still within a reasonable distance from me. There's lots of anime and hobby shops in my city but the one I got the four from sells them for far more reasonable prices..they even carry Bluefin stuff like Figuarts too. Still it's nice being able to walk into a store and get this kind of stuff any time I want. Hit up AnimeXTreme if you're ever in Toronto they have a huge back wall of nothing but Gunpla.

I have ideas for all three of my Build Fighters kits. The Astray and Build.Mk2 I'll keep under the rug for now but I'll come out and say straight up that I'm turning Bearguy into Teddy from Persona 4.

The closest think I have is a comicbook shop that's over 40 minutes away (and that's if I take the highway) and overcharges...
