a) Racism and sexism?....LMAO!!!!!. Takeru was the LORD, it was the job of all 4 members to obey him, not just the women. Racism?, really? Did they call eachother slant eye or something?.

b) Takeru was the most important character of the series. Did you not understand the part of him being Lord?.

c) Every Sentai series has a plot drag at one point, this is nothing new.

d) Takeru as a cat is an issue... but you liked Go-Onger?. That's like me being a fan of Obama but disliking terrorism.

a) The Richard Brown episode was a prime example of the Japanese "lol foreigner" mentality. I'm not going to talk about the sexism angle again - I think I've made more than enough posts about Mako

b) Of the series, yes. Of the entire franchise, no and yet people go on and on about him as if no Red before or since could ever live up to him.

c) It doesn't have to go on for a dozen or more episodes

d) Go-onger didn't pretend to be a serious show. Shinkenger wanted to make out that it was far superior to any other Sentai because it had OMG PLOT AND CHARACTERIZATION ... then they pull the cat episode

The only Sentai I haven't watched at least one or two episodes of are Dynaman, Bioman, Battle Fever J and Goggle-V ...

There just isn't much point in a Vs movie if it is going to make Takeru the star and sideline the Goseigers, who are the reigning Sentai team. If they wanted to do another Takeru-centric Shinkenger movie, just do one

And again, what is so important and special about Takeru? He's an arrogant, jerky, run-of-the-mill over-powerful hero Marty Stu type. A Vs movie should give both teams equal focus, not sideline the team that isn't the Shinkengers.

Red was always the main focus in all the movies/teamups. I don't see how Takeru is the only one.

u shouldn't base it off a little review/plot explanation; there could be a lot more to the movie. I've a feeling they'll talk a bit more on Alata too~

With Takeru Kipnapped,Alata will snap the team out of defeat and lead the two teams to get him back so yeah it will most likey be focused on Alata, so stop complaining Coconut :laugh:

Because Shinkenger is god-tier Sentai.
It's the same with as it was with Geki vs. Bouken and Go-on vs. Geki. Geki got all the attention, and I'm not complaining because Gekiranger is my favorite Sentai.

Ok...I'd argue that Shinkenger vs. Go-Onger was more focused on wrapping up the story that started at the end of Go-Onger...it truly was the Shinkengers helping them out.
