Pink: Zero_Zhane
Blue: Takumi
Green 6th Ranger: Mega Ranger
Mind controlled Villian but later 7th armored Ranger: Jeff

Annoying non-ranger good guy, ForeverKnight

Villians: KingRanger, ZyuRay, Kage, and PowerAnimals (He'd enjoy being Evil a little too much)

Mecha: no need for individual Mecha, Just giant Mecha that combine, like Mega Ranger had.

ZetaBlue: KC (Weapons expert with a weakness for the ladies)
ZetaGreen: Mega Ranger (Badass loner that has a tragic past)
ZetaWhite: OrphanimGunner (In your words "the typical female plot device")
ZetaPink:EnglishCookie (Joins the team around episode 10 as producers didn't want to be sued-I mean because the team needs more strength....:confused2 )

Sixth: Michael Joe Red Mask (Guy who appears when we least expect it and half of the time delivering a new weapon)

Seventh: Misfits923 (Bascially would be given gunner status once we get the Revolver Mammoth ripoff of a mecha).

Mecha: Pssh..with the Revolver ripoff...who needs em, Exploding footballs and Bigass cannons galore.

..oh fine, ONE other robot but as long as it has rocket fists, a giant sword and physics-defying finishing moves!

Villains: Kingranger (Mega and him would be deadlocked in battle, KC being the voice of reason during his outbursts of rage). His minions-whiny fanboys with lasers refracted from their glasses.

Oh and then there'd be angst galore as I take it I'm one of the younger members and yet I'm leader so Mega would be on my case that he should be leader.

Hell I should just script this, whip up costume designs and actually make this ala France Five/Dainippon.
