A person going by ForeverKnight has been selling our releases for shipping+media, and up until know that has been ok. He is now selling the R1 dvd released Ultraman on dvdr copied. As such, he no longer has our permission to distribute our releases. Selling R1's of a Toku on dvdr that you can legaly buy is just a scummy thing to do. I had hoped he would listen when I sent him an email he has not. For discussion on this issue please read our forums.

No email was ever sent to me. I checked the Ultraman Volume 1 and it is the R1 Copy. I had gotten in a big trade with a buddy of mine and I originally thought it was that dubbed Ultraman that wasn't officially released (I think anyway). It's the set that RiderKnight and Misfits own. So I figured it was from that batch because we did an Ultra/V3 trade. I *think* it was the version that may have been dubbed by the same group who did Solbrain and Bioman, well that's what I had thought anyway.

But yeah I did just check the disc now and it is the Official release so I will be taking it off the Toku $hop. Not because TVN brought this to my attention or this phantom e-mail I was supposedly sent, but because it is better for the fandom to go out and buy the newly released DVD.

My mistake.
