There are two ways:

First is to summon all the Showa Riders and tell them what happened to the Heisei Riders especially Decade's. Knowing that, they would beat Decade because he ruined their legacy.

Second is to summon Saban's Masked Rider, Riders and let Decade be irritated by them. Which reminds me...
