Yup, the Yankees are coming to Wembley Stadium. Actually, the New York Giants and Miami Dolphins are playing an American Football game at London's newest soccer venue. So, it's the 1st regular season NFL game played outside North America, and, for this game, Miami is the home team.
So, it got me thinking. Could a regular season game be played in Tokyo? The times available for NFL games, assuming it's an early season Sunday day game, are 1P, 4, 4:15 and 8:30PM EST. I don't know the time difference between New York & Tokyo, so I don't know which time would be best.
BTW, I don't get to see the game! The Giants/Dolphins game was supposed to be the 1st game on Fox here in Phoenix. However, Fox switch all the Arizona stations to show the Detroit/Chicago game. I don't think there's many Lions or Bears fans in the Grand Canyon game. Worse, I don't have Sunday Ticket. It's off to Buffalo Wild Wings for me. :shakefist
