Just wanted to share something I found on my way back to the Philippines.

While browsing the song list in the Mabuhay! Magazine of Philippine Airlines, I happened to notice one of the songs...

It's about the BNPP. Using it as a front for a nuke weapons program violates the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty and Article II Section 8 of our Constitution.

I think what you meant was that the "misuse" of nuclear energy can harm us...
