Fault in Figure - Consult AmiAmi?

Did you pay the money yourself to Amiami? I don't think you have any claim to a defective figure if you didn't buy it yourself. I could be wrong though.

That's what I was thinking of. Skiks had it sent directly to me (address is on the receipt and everything), but since he's the one who paid for it, I don't know if that falls on me or him.

I kinda did it cuz I was.......panicking...a bit.

well, they would match shipping addresses I'd assume. Either they send a replacement to skikks or send a replacement to you, next time you order something, assuming you have an account with them. I think they would just send one to skikks.

Really? Skiks does this thing where upon order, he has it sent directly to my address. The address is printed on the receipt taped to the package with my name on it. Unfortunately, it has a phone number that's...not mine, and I choose not to do anything with. But when he usually buys stuff for me (after I pay him the correct amount, of course), he changes it so it's sent directly to me instead. Saves money that way than when things get to him instead of me (like eBay stuff).

But in a scenario like this, I didn't know what to do. I had the shipping information, so I went with what I had to work with. Hopefully, this will be resolved soon, since it's not even a day out of seven since the item was delivered to me.

then...i think it ships to you. Cause I guess amiami looks at the order, tracks the address, and ships it to the same address. you should ask for a clarification if they are willing to give you a replacement.

I didn't wanna ask the "replacement" part. I felt that if I did, they'd be thinking that I expect it (even though I do). I don't want them to know I'm expecting it, but I wanna know what they'll do for future reference, as well as know what other people did in this situation.

Don't worry Kaji. You do have an another order coming in this month so I'll just ask them to bundle it to your address if they send you a replacement. You might have to pay more for shipping though.

TBH, I'm now worried about that order, as well. It's a lot more valuable (and expensive) than Strength, if there's a QC failure and it breaks too, I'M GOING TO CRY.

WRS should be fine they take care of exclusives a little better I'd like to think since the production runs are so limited.

Hmm AA's usually really cool about handling things, though I've never had a case where I had problems. Even when Shuki was saying in his videos that his Siren (or just Jedimon's and Dosmrider's) breaking up into pieces and having issues here and there mine was perfectly fine.

I've had the clamp on Nero Saber's stand break off and the peg hole for Saber Alter snap off as well, but I superglue them both back and has been careful not to apply too much force since then. I think with Figma in general we should just all be more careful with them; even figuarts are alot sturdier and take more damage, figmas on the other hand are pretty and delicate, not made for playing too much, only posing slightly here and there >.<
