If you had shipped your order via Registered SAL or EMS, you should have received a tracking number. That can then be used to track via Japan Post or USPS Tracking (if you're in the US). Hope that helps.

They might be having some issues, though. I know my package was taken to the post office on the first, yet today it still says it's chilling in Tokyo's post office waiting to be sent out.

I don't know if they just forgot about my package in the post office or if it's been sent out and just not had anything updated, but I'm getting fairly annoyed by it.

*sigh* broke the waist joint part for my 1/144 Master Gundam, but at least i can order a replacement part through Ex_Japan when they are free to check over the pm ive sent.

I am pleased that there are middle man services to help out
