Eh? I got a e-mail from divx!

Just as I normally checking my email, but this divx email I got, I was told that there's new divx player that surely going to play blu-ray movies, playing in 720p, 1080p as well!

Now now now, should I go and get latest version? Apparently, my divx player is out of date now...:redface2:

Take a look at this latest design, please tell me what do you think? I need your honest opinion! (Bow)

Damn it..no one answer! Does that hurt you to answer my question, guys?? I just want to know if I can trust new version or not! :shakefist

People usually just download the DviX codec for Windows Media Player/Quick Time/Real Player so the videos can be shown.

While DivX Player may be able to support blu-ray, it's actual results will be entirely dependent on your computer. What that translates to is this: if you can currently watch blu-ray movies on your PC (meaning you have a blu-rauy drive on your PC, and your PC can handle the playback), the new DivX player will also allow that. Similarly with 720/1080p videos, it's dependent on your specs. If your computer can't support them, then they'll have very choppy playback.

However if you cannot do either of those, then DivX will not make any difference in the matter. I'm surprised that they're even still updating the DivX player itself with all the free (and superior) options out there.
