Whatever bro, I've already been disappointed with a lot of the writing already in these seasons, I'm just not expecting much of a good write-in for her.

While it's not the writing I'm worried about, it's the fact that the actress is not... all that great. I don't know, there is just off about the actress and I don't like her from what I've seen in Army of Ghosts. I think it's her voice, the few lines she had just put me off to her.

No, it does not appear. The american DVD's contain all the episodes from the Christopher Eccleston season, plus all the "Doctor Who Confidential" episodes and more. "The X-Mas Invasion" will probably be available when a boxset for the second season starring David Tennant, as it takes place after "The Parting of the Ways". I would also expect "The Children In Need" to be on the next boxset as well. I just want them to start airing the Tennant episodes in the US now. That way, I can sit on my couch and watch them on the TV, and not in front of my pc.

The American DVDs are pretty much exactly like the UK DVDs. That means that The Christman Invasion will be on the 2nd season boxset just as it was on the UK boxset.

I might be wrong here but I thiught they could but the Children in need thingon dvd becauseit was orginally broadcast during a fundraiser and they can't make any money off it. Thought I heard it on here actually

And that would be accurate, the Children In Need policy is far different than the Comic Releif policy, the Doctor Who spoof aired on that fundraising projects was released on Video, but has yet to see any kind of DVD treatment. I'd like to see a real Who story attempted on Comic Releif to see if any release would happen, but it would betray the whole point of Comic Releif.

The sad thing is, whilst a casual viewer does'nt HAVE to see it, it does explain why Rose is only slightly upset with The Doctor's regeneration when The Christmas Invasion begins, and not completly frightened and unsure as displayed in the mini-episode.
