Dr. Strange Movie Adaption - Marvel Hires Writers

Marvel Studios has hired their writers' for the film adaption of the Marvel character, Dr. Strange: Thomas Dean Donnelly and Joshua Oppenheimer (duo writers of the upcoming, Conan, Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, and a draft of Jon Favreau's Cowboys & Aliens).

I'm all for this. I always loved the Dr. Strange character and felt he never got the attention he really deserved. I would've never believed he would eventually spawn his own movie.

I'm very excited for this. Despite not holding the rights for several marquee Marvel properties like Spider-man, X-Men, Fantasic Four, Ghost Rider, and Daredevil, Marvel Studios still have alot of superheroes under their belt, and thanks to the cosmo elements introduced in Thor and Cap Marvel can now make more movies that have cosmic & magicial themes in the future. I'd love to have Johnny Depp as Stephen Stranger, but he's too expensive so maybe other actors like Jeffrey Dean Morgan or (if they want younger) Dominic Cooper (who played Howard Stark in Capt. America) as the Sorcerer Supreme.
