Does Super Sentai put you off Power Rangers

I only bother watching the mecha fights in Goseiger. As much as possible I don't want to bore myself.

Though if the Shinkenger adaptation is better paced than the source than I'd say PR is back.

But basing it on the casting and the casting sides, it seems that PR 2011 might be a direct translation of Shinkenger... with Bulk and Skull and homework.

Nah, with 40 eps and sans Kobayashi on the writing team they have a chance of doing better.

I mean, Time Force and Timeranger are pretty much the same story but fans disagree which is better, right?

Actually, yes.

I don't know but when PR is inferior to the Sentai, I kind of lose all enthusiasm. Example: after watching a bit of Dekaranger, I could not be less interested in SPD, on top of being pissed off. (OmegaRanger and all...)

I feel the same way, since RPM basically took the soul of GoOnger and butchered it.

I have a history here. I watched Power rangers as kid from MMPR to IN Space, stoped for a bit, got into Time Force, then swear I would never go near anything resembling Power rangers anymore and just stuck with Kaiju. Then I got into Ultraman Tiga and said ultraman is my limit. Then I got into Kamen Rider and said Ultraman and Kamen Rider are my limit. Then I got into Super sentai and said PR is crap, Sentai is cool. Now I enjoy both. If the show or version is well done, I like (Time force and Timeranger). If not, then not (Carranger and PR Turbo). Thats me.

I may have not watched the entire series of TimeRanger but I think in TimeRanger there was no love relationship like there was in TimeForce.

Also Yellow Ranger was a Yellow in TF while Yellow was a male in TR. Also Circuit had a kiddyish voice while Takku had an adult male voice.

So yeah, TR and TF did have their differences.
