Well maybe so, but we don't know how many aliens could have left. Humans are from earth. This is our home planet. Knowing how stubborn we can be I can see several cities wanting to stay, where as most of the aliens, who though they may have lived here and been born here, never really had that close a connection with the planet, so they left..
That's pretty weak though. Especially when thousands of officers and civilians left earth on Terraventure in 99 during peacetime.
Why would all the innocent women and children (like the one's Flynn helped save on the bus) want to stay (putting children at risk) if they had another option to evacuate the planet for their own safety?
Though there still could be aliens. Just because you don't see them, doesnt mean they aren't there..
If the showrunners had any intention of showing Aliens we would have seen them by now.
Eddie said Corinth is the last city; given how ridiculously intergrated the aliens were on SPD, you'd think we'd see at least
one by now (especially with all the extras for the premiere).
If we don't see any throughout the series, it will be beyond obvious theres no aliens around and that world of SPD never happened.
Whether PR continues or not, this is probably for the best.
Z's flashback of the classroom showed aliens intergrated into the class sometime around the 2010s.
Even more confusing were that the aliens were so intergrated that they were accepted by the students as 'normal' while a mutant like Z was considered an outcast.
This means if PR does continue in live action (from 2010 onwards) aliens would need to start arriving on Earth and appearing openly in society as equal members pretty soon.... in order to fit with SPD
It screws alot up.
