True but this is different. Dragon Knight/Kit is the main character, if Kabuto is adapted then it would only make sense for him to once again be.... the main chacater.

What would make sense is to start fresh with a new story and characters rather than having Kit get Dragon/Beetle Thunderzord Power.

Power Rangers was the first of its kind, and weaning the audience the way they did was essential. Power Rangers has been on 17 seasons and has been doing the yearly cast change overs for 10.

There's no excuse for Kamen Rider not to.

As am I, but I think that the Wang Bros. are hoping to do Faiz, then Blade and Kabuto afterwards. Please let it be a fresh start with a new story and cast.

Beyond the bizarre musical theme, the Hibiki suits are all explicitly representations of demons. There's no way they could get the toys onto shelves in the US.

This is why I'm frankly surprised they're talking about doing Den-O. Momotaros's design, viewed through a Western cultural lens, is essentially Satan... and he's the guy you're supposed to root for.

I can think of two: 1) This isn't Power Rangers, and 2) This isn't Japan.

That being said, I wouldn't mind them taking that approach and getting a fresh cast each year, so long as they're all in the same universe/continuity. Pretty much the entire cast and crew of this show talks about how things matter in this show, and how things that happen in one episode affect the rest of the series, so it'd be kinda lame for them to just reboot the universe every year.

So from the rumors, my estimated guess for the next series would be

80% Kabuto-Obviously more Riders=more $$$
70% Blade-I don't want to see Blade as a segway as using more cards but if that's what it takes to see more....
50% Faiz-Honestly, outside of going in chronological order, that's the only way I could see them doing Faiz next. I think if they did, they just decided to because they were having a good day. Even though personally I'd like it if they went chronologically to be honest.

I've heard a Den-O somewhere but like only once. Not as many times as the others and I've heard nothing regarding Kuuga, Agito, Hibiki or Kiva outside of fandom rumors.

Honestly, if I was buying a Rider show to remake for the US myself, I'd pick Kabuto. It works out well in all the ways Ryuki does: it's a show with really great fight choreography, lots of great merchandise to re-issue, and stupid sloppy writing that could very easily be improved.

Like I said before, they'd probably adapt Kiva next to capitalize on the Twilight vampire craze as well as The Dark Knight.
